Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Eloura, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges disclosed at checkout.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Eloura to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription in accordance with this policy.

Optional Service

Adding a Monthly Refill subscription is completely optional and may be removed before or during checkout.

Subscription Confirmation

After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is created by:

• Using the subscription management or cancellation link provided in your subscription confirmation or account emails, or

• Contacting our customer service team at sales@elouraboutique.us

When contacting us, please include your full name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We are committed to transparency and giving you control over your subscription.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted after this deadline may apply to future subscription renewals but may not prevent an order that has already been created or processed.

Renewals

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order and charges the payment method associated with your subscription.

No Cancellation After Order Creation

Once a new subscription order has been created and entered processing, it cannot be canceled because it may immediately begin preparation for fulfillment and shipment.

Valid Subscription Orders

All orders generated while your subscription remains active are considered valid orders and will be processed and billed according to the subscription terms accepted at checkout.

It is your responsibility to cancel or modify your subscription before the applicable cancellation deadline if you do not wish to receive your next refill.
